Water is the source of life, we need to protect every drop of water. This sentence everyone know, but how many people can do it? People always wash your hands leaving the tap running, run out of the water that clean out rice just pour out, wasted.

We each life is inseparable from the water, when washing a face, want to use; Water use; Even when children play with water to use... Water is so, so important but people still kept in the waste water.

On one occasion, our family to grandma house for dinner, we all ate with relish, delicious food, I finished eating, found a great dirty hands, then went into the bathroom to wash his hands. Suddenly saw a large basin is then slowly drip of water from the faucet, then half of the water is dripping the washbasin, I immediately ask grandmother: "grandma, how do you leaving the tap running? That would be wasting water! I take it off!" "No, no." Grandma smiled and said, "that is my open on purpose, water always want to use the ah, right." 水是生命之源，我们要保护每一滴水。这句话每个人都是知道的，但是又会有多少人能够做到这一点呢?人们老是洗完手不关水龙头，用完淘米的水就那么倒掉，浪费掉。

我们每人的生活都离不开水，在洗脸的时候要用;在喝水的时候要用;甚至是在小孩子玩泼水的时候也要用……水是那么，那么的重要但是人们还是不停的在浪费水。

有一次，我们一家人到奶奶家去吃晚饭，我们都津津有味地吃着美味的饭菜，我吃完后，发现手特别脏，便进了洗手间去洗了把手。突然看到一个大型的脸盆正在接着从水龙头里慢慢滴下来的水，那时水已经滴了脸盆的一半了，我便立刻去问了奶奶：“奶奶，你怎么不关水龙头呢?那样很浪费水的呀!我把它关了吧!”“不用，不用。”奶奶笑着说，“那是我是故意开着的，盛点水总是要用的呀，对吧。”我便没有说什么，过了几分钟后，我又去了一趟洗手间，我看了看里面，只见那个脸盆早就已经装满了，水都已经哗哗地扑出来了，便对奶奶说：“奶奶脸盆里的水装满了!”“那你把水龙头关一下吧。”奶奶说。我心想：在扑出来的几分钟里，也不知浪费了多少的水啊!

不仅是节水，我们应该多做一些环保的事情啊!
