今天是冬至，妈妈说要吃饺子，冬至吃饺子是我家乡的风俗，早上吃过饭妈妈和我就去超市买包饺子用的材料。有鸡蛋和韭菜，买完菜回到家妈妈就没闲着，就开始剁馅，然后我就学妈妈以前的样子，开始和面。因为是第一次和面，首先我把一碗面倒到盆里，浇上温开水就开始和起面来，看起来有模有样的，可是完全不像想象的那么简单，不是水少了，面太干了，就是水倒多了，和的面就变稀了，反复了好多次才把面和好，但是和的面却太多了，恐怕我们一中午都吃不完，这时，妈妈的饺子馅也剁好了，我们就忙活起来，开始包饺子了。

饺子在妈妈的教导下，似像似不像的都包好了，最后终于吃上了，我自己包的饺子。

真是开心的一天呀!
