“WWF相信，大力发展可再生能源是解决国内严重空气污染和全球气候变化问题的终极方案。”卢思骋指出， “只有控制煤炭消费总量，转向以可再生能源为主导的能源结构，我们才能最终告别雾霾，拥抱蓝天。”
